Dr. Ken Anderson

Ken Anderson, MD, is a facial plastic surgeon who has dedicated his practice solely to the care of patients with hair loss.  He is a compassionate physician, and has designed the Anderson Hair Sciences and Research center around providing the most natural, permanent hair restoration results, with focus on the patient experience, and minimizing discomfort and inconvenience throughout the process.

He is a highly experienced surgeon, and an internationally prominent educator in the field of hair restoration surgery. He has spoken to audiences in several countries, and across the United States. He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1996.  Following medical school, he completed 7 years of specialty surgical training after receiving his medical degree, including a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ENT surgery) and a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center.

He is double board certified; a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ENT Surgery). He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Anderson has maintained an office in Beverly Hills, California since 2003, and is a Clinical Assistant at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and has given several Grand Rounds presentations to medical audiences throughout the Country. Dr. Anderson received training in the fine arts from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a medical illustrator, and has published his drawings in several peer-reviewed medical journals and textbooks.  His interests include hockey, which he has played since 1974, motorcycles, and travel.
